Finalmouse products are crafted for peak performance and can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unopened condition. Due to the limited-edition nature of our drops, used or opened electronics are generally ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your product is in its original packaging with all seals intact and was purchased directly from the official Finalmouse webstore.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for authenticity and condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
